The video problem.

The YMCA was hungry for visibility following COVID, as most businesses were. With everyone vying for attention on Facebook via ads many neglected the power of video. One of the most viewed social media platforms is Youtube, something that the YMCA of Greater Cleveland realized.

I was tasked with reviving the dead Youtube Channel. The result?

  • A process and relationship with a vendor to create and post great YMCA youtube content.

  • Devoted streaming room meant to shoot content for virtual workouts or live seminars.

  • Increased traffic to the YMCA youtube channel.

  • A new way to reach audiences
